A Favorite Healthy Snack - Apple Salad

I learned this recipe in Girl Scouts a million years ago and I still eat it today... thought I'd share

APPLE SALAD

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl

1 sliced apple
1/2 cup of cottage cheese
2 Tbsp raisins
1 Tbsp of sunflower seeds
Drizzle Honey on top (or a sprinkle a packet of Sweet & Low sugar)
Sprinkle with Cinnamon

So easy. So good. So healthy. And cuts the sweet craving!
