My Own Recipe - Shrimp Flatbread
You know them Pillsbury biscuits that come in a tube and you slam it against the counter and it pops open? OK... so you can a long tube now that contains pizza dough. That's what I used to make this....
I made this recipe up... and the kids like it.
Preheat Oven to 400 degrees
Ingredients -
1 Tube of Pillsbury Pizza Dough
Frozen cooked shrimp
Pesto paste (if you don't have any, you can instead use some olive oil, basil leaves and dried italian seasonings, rosemary - or anything like that).
Sliced fresh mushrooms
Chopped garlic - fresh or in the jar
Chopped fresh spinach leaves
tomatoes sliced
crumbled feta cheese
Shredded mozzerella/provolone/parmesan cheese
Spread pesto paste or oil and seasonings and then sprinkle all the ingredients. Bake until done - about 12 minutes.
Yum!
