Recipe for Biscuit Bowls
Maybe you've seen at restaurants "biscuit bowls"... sometimes an egg casserole, or chicken & gravy? Here's a picture of what one looks like. I wanted to make these and found a secret to making the bowls with a Paula Dean video (posted below). Thought I'd share! looks yummy. i wish i was eating carbs! ;)
Spidey.. so I made this today... I, like you, am avoiding carbs so I won't eat the bowl, just the guts... made the bowl for Kelly to enjoy and well, as an experiment. Anyway, I used an inverted Corel (heatproof) cereal bowl to put the biscuit mix on and baked it... came out big and nice! I tried on an inverted coffee cup and the bread fell off before it was done baking.
i'm disturbed that she's using a horse trough as her table and making food fit to enlarge someone to the size of a horse to eat out of said trough.
